Dental Assistant - Permanent Part-Time - Experienced

We are looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our family-friendly dental practice in Deception Bay, North Brisbane.

Our Dental Assistants are an integral part of our team. We pride ourselves on providing our patients with a warm, positive experience while delivering high-quality support to our dentists and clinical team.

We are offering a permanent part-time position for 3–4 days per week.

The position will include one evening shift each week on Wednesday. Flexibility to pick up additional shifts to cover team members during periods of leave or illness would be highly valued.

Certificate III in Dental Assisting is preferred, along with at least 12 months' experience in private dental practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures

• Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation

• Following our in-house sterilisation and infection control procedures

• Preparing surgeries and maintaining a clean, organised clinical environment

• Providing friendly and professional support to our patients

• Assisting our front-desk team when required, including answering phones, greeting patients and booking appointments

• Supporting our dentists and wider team to ensure the day runs smoothly
