About the role
We have an opportunity for a Systems Administrator to be part of our Service Management Office, Technology and Communication Services Command. The Systems Administrator supports service delivery to the organisation in the management of IT computer systems.
This role is pivotal in maintaining IT service stability by managing high-impact incidents that could disrupt business operations. It offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quick thinking and decisive action are essential. What You'll Love About This Role:

Describe a major IT incident you led from identification through to service restoration. What was the impact, how did you establish control of the incident, coordinate technical teams and stakeholders, manage escalations, and what was the final outcome?
Target Question 2:
Major incidents often involve competing priorities, incomplete information and significant business impact. Describe a situation where you were required to communicate with senior stakeholders during a critical incident. How did you keep stakeholders informed, manage expectations, support decision-making, and maintain confidence in the incident response?
