Computer Systems Officer Level 4Ongoing, Full-TimeParramatta Base salary ranges from $133,348 to $146,945 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.

About the role
We have an opportunity for a Systems Administrator to be part of our Service Management Office, Technology and Communication Services Command. The Systems Administrator supports service delivery to the organisation in the management of IT computer systems.
This role is pivotal in maintaining IT service stability by managing high-impact incidents that could disrupt business operations. It offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quick thinking and decisive action are essential. What You'll Love About This Role:

Describe a situation where you were required to communicate with senior stakeholders during a critical incident. How did you keep stakeholders informed, manage expectations, support decision-making, and maintain confidence in the incident response?
