Senior Project Manager

Our success is built on strong client relationships and a team committed to excellence.Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our projects.Reporting to the Project Directors, you will take ownership from contract award through to completion and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, on time and to a high standard.You’ll be responsible for:Developing and managing project programs, procurement plans, budgets, resources, risks and key milestonesLeading project teams, including Contract Administrators, Site Managers, subcontractors and suppliersManaging project costs, forecasts, progress claims, variations and contractual obligationsProactively addressing issues affecting time, cost, quality or safetyBuilding trusted relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholdersChairing site, project team and Project Control Group meetingsSupporting and developing project team membersManaging projects through to successful completion and handover
About youYou will be an experienced construction professional with a strong record of successfully delivering commercial construction, fit-out and/or refurbishment projects.You'll also bring:Strong project planning, commercial and contract management capabilityExperience managing project budgets, programs, contracts and multidisciplinary teamsConfidence presenting at client, stakeholder and tender meetings, with the ability to communicate clearly, build credibility and influence outcomesThe ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholdersSound knowledge of construction safety, quality and environmental requirementsA high level of accountability, professionalism and commercial awarenessA relevant qualification in construction management and/or project management, or a related disciplineThis opportunity will suit someone who takes ownership, remains calm under pressure and is committed to delivering quality outcomes for clients and the business.
