Product Coordinator and Admin Support

Responsibilities

• Monitor channel sales performance, prepare sell-out reports, and provide insights to support product and sales planning.

• Manage channels sales data reporting, including scan sales submissions and rebate splits submission.

• Prepare channel sales forecasts by analysing historical sales data, market trends, promotions, and channels requirements.

• Analyse product performance across channels, identify sales trends and risks, and provide insights to support inventory and product planning.

• Prepare product proposal decks and coordinate sample preparation to support new product submissions, channels listings, and customer meetings.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product strategy.

• Coordinate product compliance requirements, including labelling, product information, and documentation to ensure compliance with Australian standards and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate product documentation, including specifications, compliance records, supplier information, and project files.

• Manage product listing submissions, including preparation of product information, compliance documents, and retailer/channel requirements.

• Coordinate product approvals, timelines, stock availability, and supplier orders to support product launches, customer listings, and promotional activities.

• Monitor product progress and provide timely updates to relevant internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
  

 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a product-focused environment.

• 3 years+ Experience required

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues efficiently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel automation via Power Query, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and project management software.
