Unispare is a family-owned and operated Australian business specialising in European truck spare parts. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Commercial Vehicle Spare Parts Sales Representative to join our team at our Truganina branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in automotive or heavy vehicle parts sales who wants to build a long-term career with a supportive and growing business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive the right parts and solutions efficiently and professionally.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across the counter, phone and online channels.

• Identifying customer requirements and providing accurate parts advice and solutions.

• Preparing quotes, purchase orders and other relevant documentation.

• Processing customer orders and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Working closely with other team members to support the smooth operation of the branch.

• Assisting with warehouse duties, deliveries and general stock maintenance when required.

• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who is reliable, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with customers and automotive parts.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in Truck spare parts sales.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• A proven track record in automotive, truck or heavy vehicle parts sales.

• Knowledge and experience with heavy vehicle (HV) spare parts is highly desirable.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand parts and vehicle applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Good industry knowledge and a practical, can-do attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and effective organisational skills.

• Intermediate computer and administrative skills.

• The ability to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team.

• A proactive, self-motivated and dependable approach to work.

• The flexibility to adapt to a busy and changing environment.
