Rawco is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing retaining wall division.

About the Role

As a Site Manager at Rawco, you will be responsible to head up an install crew. Running day to day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Running retaining wall construction projects from site establishment through to completion
• Working in & coordinating crews, subcontractors, and plant on site
• Interpreting construction drawings, engineering details, and specifications
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with safety, quality, and program requirements
• Liaising with engineers, surveyors, and internal management
• Maintaining site records, diaries, and compliance documentation
• Identifying and resolving site issues proactively

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience managing civil construction projects, preferably retaining walls
• Strong understanding of drilling, piling, and retaining wall construction methods
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and drive performance
• A hands on attitude with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Passion, accountability, and a results driven mindset
• A genuine interest in civil construction and working outdoors

Where You Will Work

Our projects are located across Victoria, and you should be prepared to travel up to approximately one hour from home depending on the project.

Key areas include Geelong, Ballarat, Moorabool Shire, Hume, Mitchell Shire, Whittlesea, Bendigo, and Cardinia.

From time to time, opportunities may arise for regional or interstate work in VIC, NSW, or SA. These roles would be offered on a contract basis with applicable travel and accommodation allowances.

Mandatory Requirements

• White Card
• Relevant site management experience in civil construction
• Retaining wall experience
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel
