Service Supervisor

As one of Western Australia’s leading HVAC providers our Service Team is focused on ensuring the highest quality HVAC Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repairs.

Due to increased growth, we are looking for a Service Supervisor to assist with the day to day delivery of routine maintenance and reactive works. 

Due to increased growth, we are looking for a HVAC technician, who has experience in large commercial building mechanical services and central plant HVAC, to assist with service delivery.

The Role & Responsibilities
 

• Evaluate and organise site and scheduling activities to maximise opportunity and minimise risk.

• Engage in liaison with customers for all Accounts to ensure relationship building with customers and retention of accounts. Attend and conduct monthly meetings.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance for estimating, system design, programming, commissioning, fault finding activities and the like.

• Maintain high standards of site safety, complying with Envar Standards and all relevant local and legal regulations.

• Assist with pricing and tendering as required.

• Maintaining & developing key relationships.

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following attributes;

• Preferably 5 years’ supervisory experience.

• Good technical knowledge of all aspects of HVAC, including Central Plant

• Exceptional problem-solving ability and organisational skills

• An ability to prioritise multiple tasks at once.

• Excellent communication.

• Work in a team environment and autonomously.
