About the role

This is a secure, full-time Monday–Friday role with weekend work as optional across the branch network, perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys customer service and wants to develop technical expertise in a specialist industry.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:

• Deliver exceptional counter and internal sales service to trade customers

• Build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians

• Identify customer needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations

• Assist with stock management and inventory control

• Perform general warehousing duties (picking and packing)

• Operate a forklift - we will help you to obtain a license and train you!

• Maintain a safe and organised work environment in line with WHS requirements

We're looking for people with the right attitude and customer-first mindset. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• A genuine passion for serving and helping customers

• Strong customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)

• The ability to build rapport and lasting relationships

• Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn – we'll train you to become an HVAC&R specialist

• Confidence communicating with a wide range of customers and team members

• A current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company funded)

• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• A willingness to complete the required pre-employment process including a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol test and national police clearance.
