About the Role

This is a secure, full-time Monday–Friday role, with optional weekend work available across the branch network.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:

• Deliver exceptional counter and internal sales service to trade customers

• Build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians

• Identify customer needs and help find the right solutions

• Assist with stock management and inventory control

• Support warehouse operations including picking and packing

• Operate a forklift (we’ll help you obtain your licence and provide training)

• Maintain a safe, organised workspace in line with WHS standards

What We're Looking For

We value attitude and team fit just as much as experience. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• A genuine passion for helping customers

• Customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)

• Strong relationship-building skills

• A practical mindset and willingness to learn new technical skills

• Confidence communicating with customers and teammates

• A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company funded)

• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• A willingness to complete a Pre-employment Medical and a National Police Check
