Are you an ambitious and highly organised professional looking to grow your career in real estate? Join our dynamic team at McGrath Palm Beach as a Field Service Agent, where you'll work alongside our skilled property management team and help ensure the smooth operation of our rental properties.

You’ll initially work across our field services and support functions, gaining valuable hands-on experience across all aspects of property management. For the right person, this is a genuine growth role with the opportunity to progress into managing your own portfolio.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Property Maintenance & Management

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of properties

• Coordinate property exits and entries, ensuring all procedures are followed

• Liaise with Property Managers to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard

• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company policies

• Assist in addressing maintenance issues and tenant inquiries promptly

• Utilising modern property technology, including 360-degree cameras and digital inspection software

Administrative & Compliance Support

• Assist with managing property-related paperwork and ensure compliance

• Help maintain accurate records and databases related to property management

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Ideally has 6+ months in the industry or in a similar role

• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, team-focused mindset with a passion for real estate

• Has a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Property Management

• Is confident communicating with clients and tenants

• Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems

• Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys being part of a team

• QLD Real Estate Certificate 

• Holds a current driver's licence
