About the Role
You will support families living in public and Aboriginal housing to achieve and maintain safe, sustainable tenancies. Using a strengths-based approach, you will provide practical support aligned with individual case plans, including guidance on tenancy rights and responsibilities, household management, and daily living skills.
You will help clients build community connections, access support services, and strengthen informal support networks. Working closely with the Senior Case Worker, you will identify additional client needs and coordinate referrals to ensure families receive the appropriate support to achieve positive, long-term outcomes.
