Blue Mountains Cleans provides premium residential and commercial cleaning services in the Lower Blue Mountains and Penrith area. Our reputation has been built on reliability, attention to detail, and treating both our clients and our team with respect.

This is a hands-on cleaning position with opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you grow with the business.

You will:

• Deliver high-quality residential and commercial cleaning

• Lead by example on site

• Work independently and as part of a team

• Ensure our standards are consistently met

• Build positive relationships with clients

• Help train and support new team members as required

• Has experience leading, supervising or managing people in any industry

• Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in being reliable

• Current driver's licence and reliable car

• Smartphone for scheduling and communication

• Police Check (or willing to obtain)

• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work in varied environments

• Casual position starting from $33.85 per hour

• Minimum 20 -25 hours per week

• Monday to Friday only (no weekends or public holidays)

• Based in Mount Riverview, servicing Faulconbridge to Penrith.

• Shifts range anywhere between 6am-3pm
