About the Role

We need you to help our business continue strong growth and bringing fun, excitement and fresh ideas is a must! 

As a Territory Manager in one of our key sales areas in Queensland,  the successful applicant will be based in Ipswich & report to the QLD State Manager.  Key responsibilities include:

• Management of the Ozito portfolio of brands within your assigned Bunnings stores

• Overall responsibility to manage and achieve sales targets within your territory

• Actively maintain a consistent call cycle whilst ensuring weekly communication with key decision makers and stakeholders within your territory

• Engage Bunnings team members by communication of sales updates, new products and promotional product launches

• Ensure the highest level of merchandising standards in all stores in your territory

• Weekly management by identifying and implementing required actions from inventory and top stock reports

• Educate both Bunnings team members and consumers on all aspects of Ozito's products through in-store demonstrations, dedicated team training sessions and day to day interactions

 Position Requirements

• Strong time management skills and the ability to plan and organise 

• Foster strong relationships with a focus on effective communication with all team members

• A strong focus on merchandising standards

• Intermediate IT skills

• A current driver’s licence

• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
