Retail/Fashion Lead

About the role

Saintgarde is seeking an experienced Retail/Fashion lead to join our team at our new location in the gorgeous 88 O'Connell development. This casual role 25-30 hours has the possibility to transition into full time. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fashion retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing excellent in-store customer experiences with our loyal customer base

2. Overseeing store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, loyalty program

3. Ensuring the store maintains a visually appealing and organised presentation in line with brand standards

What we're looking for

1. Experience in a retail, preferably within the fashion industry minimum 2-3 years experience.

2. The ability to work in a team and move between different spaces of the business

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

4. Passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for visual merchandising

5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day roster (mainly weekdays)
