About the role
We are seeking a floor-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to drive the ongoing success of Gimlet, provide training and development for our teams and deliver an exceptional guest experience. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in successful venues and will be seeking an opportunity to lead in a creative, compassionate, and decisive manner. Central to this position is steadfast leadership – the ability to embody a service culture of excellence and genuine hospitality. The roles will require a strategic long-term approach to training, recruitment, and development.
