What You’ll Be Doing: 

As the Category & Innovation Specialist, you will enable category growth and innovation delivery through data-driven insights, reporting, governance and project coordination. You will own the Stage & Gate process, manage performance dashboards and innovation trackers, support category reviews and range planning activities, and provide the visibility and analysis needed to drive informed business decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure innovation projects stay on track while continuously improving reporting, processes and stakeholder capability across the business.

Sitting at the intersection of category, innovation and business performance, you'll work across a broad range of commercial projects, transforming data into actionable insights, supporting new product development, and helping bring innovation to market.

What We’re Looking for: 

• Experience supporting Stage & Gate processes, category management, data analytics, or a similar business support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with advanced attention to detail and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using Power BI, SAP/BW or similar reporting and dashboard platforms will be highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain governance processes.
