Trainee Finance & Insurance Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Byrne Ford Kedron is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trainee Finance & Insurance Manager to join our dealership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales or customer service who is ready to build a career in dealership finance and insurance. Previous finance and insurance experience is not required, as comprehensive training, mentoring and all necessary accreditations will be provided.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will work alongside our experienced sales and management teams, learning how to assist customers with suitable finance and insurance options while delivering a professional, transparent and positive buying experience.

As you develop in the role, your responsibilities will include:

• Learning to present finance, insurance and vehicle-protection products

• Assisting customers throughout the finance application process

• Preparing and submitting finance documentation

• Liaising with lenders, insurers and dealership departments

• Maintaining accurate records and completing compliance requirements

• Building strong customer relationships

• Supporting the sales team to achieve dealership targets

• Developing your knowledge of responsible lending and industry regulations

Experience in automotive sales, retail sales, banking, lending, insurance or customer service would be advantageous, but is not essential.
