Cadet Finance & Insurance - Automotive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cadet Finance & Insurance BM to join our growing dealership in Melton. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to break into the automotive industry and learn from experienced professionals.
No previous Finance & Insurance experience is required—we'll provide the training, mentoring and support you need to become a successful Business Manager.

About the Role:
Working closely with our Sales and Management team, you'll learn every aspect of the Finance & Insurance process, including:

• Assisting customers with vehicle finance applications
• Presenting finance, insurance, warranty and protection products
• Building strong relationships with customers and lending partners
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and compliantly
• Supporting the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Learning dealership systems, lender portals and finance processes
• Developing sales and negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment

As your training progresses (typically within 3-6 months), you'll transition into managing your own customer appointments and become eligible for an attractive commission structure based on performance. Automotive F&I roles combine customer service, sales and compliance, with responsibility for guiding customers through finance applications, product options and settlement documentation.

• A current Australian Driver's Licence

Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, banking, finance, customer service or automotive sales will be highly regarded but is not essential.
