Cosmetic Nurse Injector

Shape of You Perth is a premium, results-driven skin, laser & body clinic located in North Perth. We specialise in advanced skin rejuvenation, laser treatments and non-invasive body contouring — and we are now expanding into cosmetic injectables. This is a rare opportunity to launch and own a brand-new service line inside an established, fully booked clinic with a loyal client base ready to be introduced to you.

We are seeking an experienced Cosmetic Nurse Injector. Part-time to full-time hours available — we're flexible on the shape of the role for the right person.

This role is suited to a confident, experienced injector who values clear systems, defined protocols and delivering natural, beautiful results — with a warm client base handed to you rather than built from scratch.

This Role Is Not Suitable For:

• Nurses with less than 12 months' full-time post-graduate general nursing experience (AHPRA requirement)

• Nurses without hands-on cosmetic injecting experience

• Injectors who are not confident consulting, planning and treating independently

About the Role

You will work within clearly defined procedures, policies and treatment protocols, with medical oversight and prescribing support in place — allowing you to focus on results, artistry and exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and create personalised treatment plans

• Confidently perform cosmetic injectable treatments independently under prescriber authorisation

• Facilitate prescriber consultations as part of each treatment episode

• Build combination treatment plans alongside our device platform — HIFU (Ultraformer MPT), laser (Hollywood Spectra), IPL (Lumenis Stellar M22), RF and skin treatments

• Educate clients on treatment options, expectations and aftercare

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, consent and S4 medication handling

• Achieve rebooking and treatment plan targets

• Maintain exceptional clinical standards, hygiene and presentation

• Work confidently within established clinic systems and protocols

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)

• Minimum 12 months' full-time equivalent post-graduate general nursing experience

• Completed recognised cosmetic injectables training (foundation minimum)

• Proven hands-on injecting experience with a portfolio of results

• Current CPR / anaphylaxis management competency

• Strong consultation and communication skills

• Professional presentation and strong work ethic

Advantageous (But Not Essential)

• 2+ years' cosmetic injecting experience

• Advanced training (lips, cheeks, jawline, skin boosters, bio-remodelling)

• Ability to also deliver treatments across our wider menu — HIFU (Ultraformer MPT), laser (Hollywood Spectra), IPL (Lumenis Stellar M22), RF, skin needling and skin treatments (training provided on our devices)

• Experience working with a medical governance or telehealth prescribing platform

• An existing client following or social media presence

• Experience working in a premium or results-driven clinic
