Are you an Oral Health Therapist who enjoys orthodontics and wants to work in a modern, technology driven practice where you can develop your Invisalign skills?

ClearBraces4U is looking for a confident and caring Oral Health Therapist to join our growing team in Bondi Junction.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dedicated Invisalign practice alongside an experienced clinical team, using structured clinical protocols and digital workflows to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Role

You will play an important role in the patient's Invisalign journey, including:

• Delivering Invisalign treatment appointments under prescribed treatment plans by our Invisalign Dentists.

• Fitting first aligners and attachments.

• Carrying out Interproximal Reduction (IPR) where prescribed.

• Monitoring treatment progress.

• Retainer fitting and retention appointments.

• Oral hygiene instruction and patient education.

• Digital scanning and clinical photography.

• Working closely with our Treatment Coordinators and dentists to provide a seamless patient experience.
  

Virtual Care

Our patients are supported through a structured Virtual Care programme between appointments.

You'll review patient progress remotely through submitted photographs, monitor treatment, identify when patients require clinical review, answer treatment questions, and help keep patients progressing on schedule. This allows you to build ongoing relationships with patients while delivering efficient, high quality care.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Is an AHPRA registered Oral Health Therapist.

• Is a genuine people person who loves building relationships with patients.

• Has a warm, friendly and reassuring chairside manner.

• Enjoys educating and motivating patients throughout their Invisalign journey.

• Has excellent communication and patient management skills.

• Enjoys orthodontics, digital dentistry and learning new skills.

• Has experience with Invisalign or aligners (preferred but not essential).

• Is confident carrying out IPR, attachments or willing to be trained.

• Is organised, proactive and enjoys working within structured clinical systems.

• Takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the first aligner to the final retainer.

• Enjoys working independently, as part of a supportive, high performing team.
