Tru Brite Cleaning Services is a sister company of Excel Building Management, a leading Building and Facilities Management company servicing Sydney’s premium residential and commercial strata markets.

For more than 34 years, Tru Brite Cleaning Services has provided professional cleaning services across some of Sydney’s leading residential developments.

We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Cleaner to join our team at a premium residential development located in Maroubra Junction.

This is a Monday to Friday morning position, with an immediate start available. The role is focused on maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of the property’s common and front-of-house areas to a high standard.

Schedule: Monday to Friday – Morning shifts
Start: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Vacuuming and mopping common areas
• Cleaning and maintaining lifts and lift lobbies
• Cleaning glass surfaces, including squeegee work
• Dusting and wiping surfaces throughout common areas
• Maintaining entrances and front-of-house areas
• Cleaning recreational facilities and common amenities
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and bathroom facilities
• Cleaning and maintaining the gym area
• Maintaining the overall presentation of residential common areas
• Assisting with other cleaning duties as required

Skill & Experience

• Has previous professional cleaning experience
• Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• Is reliable, punctual and professional
• Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team
• Is comfortable working in a premium residential environment
• Has sufficient English communication skills to understand instructions and communicate appropriately with residents, Building Management and supervisors
• Is eligible to work in Australia
• Is available to work Monday to Friday morning shifts

Previous cleaning experience gained in Australia or overseas is welcome.
