Psychologist Team Leader

LiveBig is a specialist allied health provider supporting people with disability through therapy and assessment services delivered at home, in the community and via telehealth.

We're currently looking for an experienced Psychology Team Leader to lead, coach and develop a growing team of psychologists. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in clinical leadership, team development, workforce growth and service excellence.

What You'll Do

Lead, mentor and develop a team of provisional and registered psychologistsConduct regular 1:1s, performance conversations and professional development planningSupport clinician onboarding, engagement, retention and career growthProvide clinical supervision, report reviews and practice guidanceDrive clinical quality, service delivery outcomes and team performanceManage a reduced clinical caseload while maintaining strong clinical practiceFoster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

What You Bring

General AHPRA registration as a PsychologistIdeally 5+ years' post-registration clinical experienceExperience supporting, mentoring or supervising cliniciansPrevious people leadership, team leadership or reporting management experience highly regardedPassion for developing others and creating high-performing teamsStrong NDIS and disability sector knowledgeExperience balancing clinical excellence with operational outcomesExcellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skillsDriver's licence, NDIS Worker Check, WWCC and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
