Client Services and Sales Advisor

What You’ll Be Doing

A full-time role in-office at Sippy DownsTake inbound calls about sales, policy updates and amendments, quotes, and general enquiriesFollow a clear call structure so customers understand their cover, pricing, and next stepsUpdate policy details accurately across multiple systemsExplain options in simple terms so customers can make confident decisionsSpot opportunities for additional cover and guide customers through a quote when it fitsWork toward service and sales targets, with regular feedback and coachingFollow scripts and compliance requirements to make sure everything is done properlyStay calm and professional when conversations are challenging
