We're Looking For
A highly organised Team Assistant to support our Providence team in Brisbane through to August 2027. Working within a collaborative development environment, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support, helping the team operate efficiently in delivering exceptional results across one of Stockland's most significant communities.

About the Role
You'll provide high-quality administrative and coordination support. From diary management and travel bookings to invoice processing, document preparation, meeting coordination, and records management, you'll help ensure the team remains organised, connected, and operating efficiently.

Acting as a key point of contact for the team, you'll help keep the team organised, meet deadlines, and maintain effective working relationships across the business.

About You
You are highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting teams, building strong relationships and keeping things running smoothly.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Administration, team support or coordination experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
• Effective stakeholder and communication skills
• Relevant qualifications and/or practical experience
