What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process

• Responding to and following up customer enquiries promptly and professionally

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers

• Identifying customer needs and matching them with the right Jaecoo vehicle

• Conducting professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives

• Preparing and presenting vehicle quotes and negotiating sales

• Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity

• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all enquiries are followed through to completion

• Using online platforms and digital communication to engage with customers

• Staying up to date with Jaecoo product knowledge, features, pricing and current campaigns

• Keeping informed about competitor products and market trends

• Working closely with the wider dealership team to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Consistently working towards and achieving individual sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in automotive sales is highly desirable

• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry

• A strong customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Confidence in dealing with customers both face-to-face and through digital channels

• A proactive and self-motivated approach

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

• Professional presentation and a positive attitude

• The ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team

• A current driver's licence
