Lift Service Manager - Brisbane

We’re an independent, Australian-owned lift company with a strong and growing service portfolio across Queensland. Our focus is simple — deliver reliable service, support our technicians properly, and build long-term customer relationships.

We’re now looking for a Lift Service Manager to take ownership of our Brisbane and Gold Coast based service team and portfolio.

This role is ideal for an experienced Service Supervisor ready to step up, or an established Service Manager looking for a more supported, well-structured environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for overseeing service operations across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, leading a team of 7 technicians and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes across the portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role — not in the tools, but close enough to the detail to support your team and customers when it matters.

You will:

• Lead, support and develop a team of service technicians

• Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, breakdowns and callouts

• Work alongside a dedicated scheduler to ensure efficient planning and prioritisation

• Provide high-level technical support to technicians (with backing from manufacturers and industry contacts where required)

• Take ownership of customer relationships, including escalations and contract performance

• Drive customer retention through consistent service delivery

• Monitor and reduce callback rates through proactive problem solving

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

About You

You’ll come from the lift industry and understand what good service looks like — both technically and operationally.

We’re open to:

• An experienced Lift Service Supervisor ready to step into a management role, or

• A current Service Manager looking for a more stable and supported environment

You’ll bring:

• Strong understanding of lift service and maintenance operations

• The ability to lead and support technicians effectively

• Confidence handling customer escalations and building long-term relationships

• Solid technical knowledge, with the ability to assist in fault diagnosis when needed

• A practical, solutions-focused approach

• Good organisational and communication skills
