Head Barista

Driphouse are hiring! We are looking for Head Barista to join our CBD locations. Monday - Friday.

This role is for a highly skilled specialty coffee professional who can deliver outstanding espresso, milk texture, latte art, workflow, service and team training.

Just as importantly, we are looking for someone with personality. This is not a standard barista role. The successful candidate must be able to engage naturally with guests, explain coffee with confidence, create a memorable customer experience, and represent the Driphouse brand with warmth, professionalism and pride.
