Team Leader — A-Grade Electrician (Solar & Renewables)

We're looking for an experienced, CEC-accredited A-Grade Electrician ready to step into a team leader role. You'll be the go-to person on site — guiding apprentices, driving quality installs, and being a key part of one of Melbourne's most respected renewable energy businesses.

What you'll be doing

• Leading a small team of apprentices and trade assistants on site

• Domestic and commercial solar PV design and installation

• Hybrid battery and stand-alone battery system installations

• Switchboard work, testing, commissioning and power monitoring

• Service work, fault-finding and site inspections

• Maintaining high WH&S standards across all jobs

What you'll need

Licences & tickets

• A-Grade Electrical Licence (Vic)

• CEC accreditation

• Current driver's licence

• White card

• Working at heights ticket

Must hold valid Australian work authorisation.

Key attributes

• Commercial/industrial install experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of commercial/industrial electrical installation experience required.

• Solar PV experience (preferred, not essential)

• Confident leading a small team

• Minimum 6 months team leadership experience required.

• Strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated with good time management
