Salary Range:- $75K - $85K per annum (plus Superannuation)

The QuickTurn Hospitality is seeking an experienced Cook to join one of our client bakeries in Richmond, NSW. This is a full-time opportunity located in the regional area of Richmond, offering a supportive work environment and excellent career growth opportunities.

To be considered for the position you must have extensive experience working in a busy venue.

Responsibilities:

• preparing and cooking food

• examining foodstuffs to ensure quality

• regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment

• seasoning food during cooking

• portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes

• storing food in temperature controlled facilities

• preparing food to meet special dietary requirements

• may plan menus and estimate food requirements

• may train other kitchen staff and apprentices

Experience and Requirements:

• 2+ years experience

• Experience training, developing and mentoring kitchen teams

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to lead and demonstrate passion cooking
