Arborist Works Coordinator - Boronia - Commercial & Council Contracts

Aspect Tree Management is an award winning and market-leading specialist that manages open space trees for local government and commercial clients throughout Melbourne and across Victoria. 

Due to expanding works we have a position available for a motivated Works Coordinator to oversee operations on tree management contracts and projects based from our depot in Boronia VIC.

Your role will be to manage contracts works and coordinate a team of staff in accordance with the contract priorities and key deliverables set by the company and clients. Ideally you will have an understanding of contract management, resource allocation, and the physical onsite aspects of the arboricultural industry and ESI environment. 

This role is based at our Boronia Depot but operates across wider areas of Melbourne, reporting to our Business Manager. If this role sounds like it’s for you, read below to find out more!

Works Coordinator responsibilities

• Coordination of works delivery and our tree services teams to deliver well-maintained local government trees in accordance with contract specifications.

• Liaison with local government and commercial clients.

• Resource and fleet management across the contracts and projects, including coordination of maintenance and repairs.

• Assist with auditing and compliance across various contracts

• Assist with safety auditing and compliance across various depots/contracts

• Preperation and submission of quotes, present monthly contract reports in conjunction with our administration team.

• Uphold a high-standard of safety and quality across the contracts and conduct safety and quality audits.

• On tools with crews in the field, supporting works delivery, teaching and fostering professional and best industry practices, promoting a rewarding and safe working environment.

 About you

• Excellent practical knowledge of arboriculture and experience in the field

• High level of tech and systems experience across a wide range of platforms with ability to problem solve and teach others.

• Attention to detail and dedication for information accuracy.

• Professional communication and interpersonal skills, in person and phone/teams.

• Experience in tree inspections and data entry

• Well-developed time management and organisational skills

• Experienced in following strong safety, environment and quality standards in the arboriculture industry and ESI environments

• Excited to grow your role and career in arboriculture.

• Manual MR+ drivers license, Cert II ESI, HRWL 11m>

• Certificate III and V in Arboriculture (or completing)
  

Remuneration for this role will include

• Salary, plus superannuation, plus bonuses
