TreeLink is a growing vegetation management contractor delivering arboriculture, vegetation maintenance, tree removal and environmental services throughout Sydney. We work with government agencies, rail operators, utilities, councils and major infrastructure clients, delivering safe, reliable and high-quality outcomes.

As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to play a key role in delivering our existing contracts while supporting future growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple vegetation management contracts across Sydney.

You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably while building strong relationships with clients and leading our operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple vegetation management contracts from planning through to completion

• Lead supervisors, crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Manage contract budgets, forecasts and profitability

• Monitor KPIs, productivity and contract performance

• Coordinate labour, plant, equipment and resources

• Prepare and manage variations, quotations and client reporting

• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality requirements

• Conduct regular site inspections and operational reviews

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow existing contracts

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience managing contracts or operations within vegetation management, arboriculture, civil construction, rail, utilities or infrastructure

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contract performance

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to safety and quality

• Current unrestricted Driver Licence

Desirable

• Experience working on government, rail & utility contracts

• Arboriculture or vegetation management experience

• White Card

• RIW Card

• Experience using project management or job management software
