$100,000–$120,000 pa + super + KPI-based bonuses

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take over an established portfolio of approximately 100 tenancies - 75 commercial and 25 retail.

With a valued team member relocating to regional WA, you’ll receive a proper handover into an established, well-managed portfolio with strong systems and support already in place.

Commercial property management can be a great job when the portfolio is manageable, the systems work and the team around you is strong.

That’s what we’ve worked hard to build.

We’re a boutique commercial agency and deliberately selective about the properties and clients we take on. The focus is on managing a quality portfolio properly, not simply loading up Property Managers in pursuit of growth.

We expect a high standard, but we also give our Property Managers the tools, systems and support to deliver it.

You’ll take ownership of your portfolio and manage the day-to-day relationship between owners, tenants, contractors and the broader PCP team.

We want our Property Managers spending their time on the work that actually requires their judgement and experience, not drowning in avoidable administration.

That means making good decisions, communicating clearly, staying ahead of issues and making sure things get finished properly.

Ideally, you’ll already have solid commercial property management experience and be comfortable with:

• Commercial leases and their practical application

• Owner and tenant relationships

• Maintenance, compliance and contractor management

• Managing competing priorities

• Making decisions without needing constant direction

• Using systems and technology properly

• Taking ownership and following things through

You don’t need to be loud or corporate.

You do need to be reliable, commercially sensible, organised and someone other people can trust to get things done.

Commercial property management experience is preferred, however we’ll also consider strong candidates from strata management or adjacent property roles who have the judgement, client skills and capability to step into commercial property management.
