Junior Data Reporting / Business Analyst

The Digital Products and System Enhancements section is seeking motivated and analytical candidates to fill a range of roles across business analysis, data reporting, and business improvement functions. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, successful candidates will contribute to the delivery of reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that support the Community Grants Hub's operational and strategic objectives.

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include analysing business requirements, documenting processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing reports and dashboards, interpreting data, responding to information requests, and providing insights to support decision-making. 

• analyse, interpret and present data, insights and performance information to support operational and strategic decision-making for Hub executives and Client Agencies
• develop, maintain and enhance reporting products, dashboards, analytical tools and data solutions to meet business requirements
• engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements and support the delivery of effective solutions
• contribute to the design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of digital products, business processes, system enhancements and automation initiatives
• support the delivery of projects and business improvement activities by analysing business processes, documenting requirements and identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency
• build, configure, test and evaluate digital solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose, user-centred and aligned with policy, business and system requirements
• provide advice and support to stakeholders on data, reporting, system functionality, digital solutions and grants administration processes
• identify, investigate and resolve system issues, data anomalies and business challenges while contributing to the strategic objectives of the section.
