About the role
Beaini is a highly respected property development & construction company with a strong presence in the NSW development industry, specialising in medium to large scale retail, commercial & residential projects.
We are now seeking an experienced & diverse Contracts Administrator to join our construction division.
About The Role
Reporting & working directly with the Construction Manager
Preparation of packages and scopes
Procurement
Processing project claims
Create, review, negotiate and letting of contracts
Ensure documents are maintained
Manage and track project expenditure
Estimating and cost planning during pre-construction and live project phases
About You
4 years’ experience as a CA within retail, residential & commercial sectors
Estimating experience preferred
Relevant Degree
Articulate & confident with strong communication and negotiation skills
Punctual & presentable
