Credit Claims Officer

We re partnering with one of Australia s most recognised national businesses to recruit a Credit Claims Officer to join a high-performing Supply Chain & Logistics team. This is a newly created role driven by business growth and internal promotions, offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact while working alongside a supportive, collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Investigating and resolving credit claims from initial review through to final outcome
• Analysing invoices, proof of delivery, supplier documentation and freight information to determine claim validity.
• Liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and recover costs where applicable.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with internal financial controls.
• Identifying recurring issues and contributing to process improvements.
• Building strong relationships across multiple business functions.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in credit, claims, accounts administration, accounts receivable or a similar analytical administration role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and investigate issues thoroughly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, invoicing or reconciliations.
• Someone who enjoys working with systems, processes and data.
• Professional, positive and collaborative with a genuine desire to learn and grow.

• Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
• Modern Rhodes office location.
• 38-hour week with flexible 8:00am or 8:30am start.
• $37.50 per hour.
• Minimum six-month temporary assignment with strong potential for extension.
