SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS.

·      Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role

·      Ability to effectively communicate across various SCJ teams and stores

·      General computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word & Excel)

·      Ability to manage database entries and administrative support

·      Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills

·      Ability to work as a positive team member in a busy environment

·      Experience within wholesale, retail, distribution or a supply chain environment is highly regarded

ABOUT THE POSITION.

·      Provide day to day administration support and general office operations

·      Effectively manage accurate data entry & record keeping

·      Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational support

·      Coordinate & track domestic & international shipments

·      Maintain purchase order, shipment delivery information

·      Provide regular updates to internal departments

·      Various other tasks as requested by management

·      Newcastle, on-site at our Kotara Head Office (essential)
