About the role

National 1 Trades is looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Graduate to join our growing Adelaide team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent university graduate who wants hands-on experience across marketing, business development, sales and customer engagement. We are a growing South Australian business operating across the building, plumbing and electrical industries. This role will work closely with management and provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to make a genuine impact on how we market and grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies

• Creating and coordinating social media and digital content

• Helping manage and improve our online presence

• Developing marketing material, capability statements and promotional content

• Identifying new customers and business opportunities

• Reaching out to prospective commercial clients

• Following up leads and sales opportunities

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers

• Assisting with email marketing and customer campaigns

• Researching new markets and potential clients

About you

• Has recently completed, or is close to completing, a degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field

• Is confident communicating with customers and businesses

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills

• Is comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with prospective clients

• Has an Skills in social media and digital marketing

• Is organized, proactive and willing to learn

• Has a positive attitude and wants to build a long-term career

• Can work independently while also contributing to a team
