• 10 years retail management experience in fine jewellery or luxury watches.

• Qualified in diamond grading and jewellery design.

• Proven track record leading successful boutique operations and delivering results.

• Confident leadership across recruitment, training and performance management.

• Proficient in stock management, merchandising and daily operations.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales targets and driving growth.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to premium service standards.

• Genuine passion for luxury retail, building client relationships and team development.

• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
