About your new employer:

About the role:

You will work across a mix of construction, property and strata-related matters, such as:

• Building defect claims.
• By-law and levy recovery matters.
• Construction, property, strata and owner’s corporation disputes.
• Professional negligence claims involving building and construction issues.
• Attend NCAT, court proceedings, mediations and settlement negotiations.
• General advisory work for strata, property and construction clients.

The ideal candidate:

• Have at least 2-3 years’ post admission experience in construction, property, strata or general litigation.
• Strong drafting skills and an eye for technical detail.
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and other stakeholders.
