About the Role:

We are currently seeking a full time Team Leader to join our team within the Service & Warranty department. 

We are looking for those who are team-orientated and have great customer focus. You will be responsible for managing both the team and client relationships and satisfaction levels through excellent delivery of service and efficient administration for our clients. 

Some of the key responsibilities include: 

• Provide clear direction and leadership to the team, ensuring customer support procedures are effectively managed and followed.

• Develop and implement processes and procedures that improve workflow, efficiency, and overall team performance.

• Monitor job and task progress through the CRM system, ensuring work is completed accurately and within required timeframes.

• Support and guide team members in proactively following up outstanding issues and ensuring timely resolution.

• Provide regular updates to the Service & Warranty Manager on team performance, progress, and any outstanding matters.

• Monitor team performance against established KPIs and take appropriate action to ensure targets are consistently achieved.

• Champion a culture of quality, accountability, and exceptional customer service, ensuring the team consistently delivers on our commitment to customers.

To be considered, you should possess: 

• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar leadership role in the Construction Industry combined with the ability to meet customer satisfaction levels

• Be confident in your approach to handling difficult queries, a busy workload and demanding deadlines

• Exceptional time management skills & highly organised
