About the role

Your primary duties will include:

• Annual electrical safety inspections

• Smoke alarm testing and compliance checks

• Identifying faults and safety issues

• Minor maintenance and rectification works

• Completing reports electronically using company-issued tablets

• Providing professional customer service to residents

Essential requirements

• Current electrical licence

• Manual driver's licence
