Experienced Nanny for 1-Year-Old Boy/Girl Twins

We have 1 year old boy & girl twins. We are looking for a highly organized, warm, and nurturing nanny who can seamlessly manage the unique dynamics of caring for multiples and become an extension of our family team.

Role details:
- Monday to Thursday, 30 hours per week.
- Competitive salary and long-term position preferred.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, attentive, and loving environment for two toddlers simultaneously, ensuring both children receive balanced care and attention.
- Caring for and maintain consistent daily schedules, including coordinated nap times, structured meals and snack intervals.
- Developmental play to guide age-appropriate, screen-free activities that encourage skills and development.
- Simple healthy meal preparation.
- Child-related basic household organisation and light housekeeping support.

Essential requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with multiple children (strong preference for experience working with multiples and/or children under the age of 2)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current police check
- Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid training
- Current Australian work rights suitable for stable, long-term role
- References from previous childcare employers
