Business Development Manager

Real Capture is a fast-growing real estate photography and media business helping agents showcase properties through high-quality photos, videos, and marketing content. Our mission is to help agents win more listings and sell faster through premium visual presentation.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and confident Business Development Manager to help grow our client base by building strong relationships with real estate agents.

This is a hands-on sales role where you will be responsible for generating new business, booking meetings, and presenting our services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new real estate agents and agencies
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce our services and book meetings
• Attend in-person meetings and deliver product presentations
• Demonstrate our photography, video, and marketing services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents
• Follow up leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident in cold calling and handling objections
• Ability to present services professionally in face-to-face meetings
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (required)

Highly Desirable

• Experience in real estate industry (agents, property marketing, or related services)
• Background in photography, videography, or digital marketing (not essential but a plus)
• Existing network within real estate agents
