We're looking for a sommelier who's genuinely obsessed with wine and just as obsessed with making guests feel looked after.

What you'll get:

• A well-run back-of-house inventory system, so stock is accounted for, available, and properly rotated — no guesswork

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years in a similar wine-focused role in a fast-paced venue, with a hands-on, solutions-first approach to service

• WSET or CMS qualifications (or you're actively working towards them), and a real passion for wine to back it up

• Solid knowledge of Australian and international wine regions and markets

• A sharp eye for detail, especially with stocktake and invoicing, and strong organisational and time-management skills

• The confidence to work autonomously, and the judgement to know when to take direction

• A warm, outgoing, competitive streak — you love going the extra mile for guests and quietly love being the best on the floor

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

• The people skills to mentor junior wine team members and help build a genuine beverage culture, working closely with our management team

• A hunger to keep learning — new regions, new producers, new industry trends
