About the Role:

You’ll lead breakfast service with precision and personality, ensuring every guest starts their day with a smile. From setting the tone to supporting the team, you’ll bring energy, expertise, and excellence to every shift.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise breakfast operations, buffet and à la carte serviceTransition into bar or lunch service as needed—flexibility is keySupport staff on the floor, solve problems, and elevate guest experiencesMaintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and serviceTrain and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food and beverage knowledgeMonitor stock, control costs, and ensure accurate billingUphold RSA and licensing guidelines with confidence and care
