Due to continued growth across our NDIS and aged care services, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team based in Greenvale, VIC.

About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will work closely with clients, families, caregivers, and support networks to assess physical function, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
You will work across a diverse caseload spanning both NDIS and aged care services, supporting children, adults, and older Australians to achieve meaningful outcomes and maximise their physical capacity and participation in everyday activities.
Available as full-time or part-time, with flexible working arrangements to suit the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct physiotherapy assessments, including mobility, strength, balance, posture, pain, and functional capacity assessments
Develop person-centred treatment and rehabilitation plans aligned with client goals
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and independence
Prescribe and recommend mobility aids, equipment, exercise programs, and falls prevention strategies
Prepare high-quality reports and supporting documentation, including NDIS-related reports and recommendations
Collaborate with families, support coordinators, healthcare professionals, and community partners
Support clients to build strength, confidence, mobility, and participation in their daily lives
Provide education and training to clients, carers, and support staff where required
Maintain accurate clinical records and meet compliance requirements
About You
Essential
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
Demonstrated experience working with NDIS participants, including assessment, intervention planning, goal setting, and report writing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while effectively managing a community-based caseload
A person-centred, strengths-based, and outcomes-focused approach to service delivery
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Desirable
Experience across both paediatric and adult caseloads
Experience conducting Functional Capacity Assessments and preparing supporting reports
Experience prescribing mobility equipment and delivering exercise-based interventions
Experience in neurological, musculoskeletal, disability, or aged care physiotherapy
Experience in aged care service delivery
