Previous Commercial Joinery experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager at One Stop Joinery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects throughout South East Queensland. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of the project including budget, schedule and risk management.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

• Present management with weekly project status updates.

Skills & Experience:

• Trade certificate (preferably in cabinet making or shopfitting).

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial joinery/cabinet making industry.

• Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.

• Extensive experience in managing budgets for large construction projects.

• Sound knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment.

• Ability to work autonomously while being supported by a highly experienced team.

• Have a thorough understanding of and can apply industry standards, risk management & hazard identification processes.
