About the Role:
Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary People & Culture team, including Business Partnering & Advisory Services and Talent Acquisition, while providing strategic leadership across Council's people management function. The role oversees the delivery of contemporary people strategies, programs and services that strengthen organisational capability, performance and culture.

You are a strategic and collaborative People & Culture leader with a proven ability to drive organisational performance, build capability and deliver contemporary people solutions in complex environments. You will bring:
To be considered for this role, you will hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or bring 15+ years' relevant experience in large and complex organisations.
