Commercial Advisers (Levels 2 to 4 ) - NV1 Clearance Essential

Our client, a high-profile Commonwealth Department, is seeking experienced Commercial Adviser secondees to lead or assist in contract management and the delivering of complex procurement activities.

The key responsibilities will include:

• preparing RFx documentation derived from the procurement strategies developed;
• preparing procurement planning and approvals documentation in accordance with schedules and the department’s governance processes;
• designing evaluation criteria and approaches;
• supporting planning for and conduct of evaluations;
• reviewing Value for Money assessments with a commercial lens;
• preparing for and support collaboration and incubation activities;
• preparing for and support the conduct of negotiations, including provision of advice on negotiation strategy and process;
• working closely with vendors to finalise agreements and transition into delivery; and/or
• reporting as appropriate in government furnished tools.

Extensive Commonwealth commercial experience and experience working on large, high-profile Commonwealth procurement projects would be highly regarded.

A current NV 1 clearance is essential.
