This is a structured pathway for people looking to change careers and move into software engineering - with no previous experience required.

The Opportunity

We’re recruiting motivated individuals to join a fully-funded 9-month program that includes hands-on training and a paid internship. You’ll be placed on real projects, either with internal teams or client ventures, within one of the world’s leading tech consultancies.

This is ideal for those switching from other industries who want to build a career in tech and get practical experience to back it.

What You’ll Learn

The training is practical, team-based, and mirrors real industry environments. You’ll cover:

• Programming in C, Python, JavaScript, and SQL

• Building and integrating APIs

• System design, debugging, and agile workflows
